Teesdale flies

Post by wsbailey » Thu Jun 11, 2020 3:20 pm

There’s a guy on FB taking orders for his book on Teesdale flies. It’s available from the publisher but direct orders to him are quite a bit cheaper. I ordered a copy but I have no other interest.

Thanks Bill. What do you know about the book? Does the author give more information on FB?

Ray, there’s a preview on the website. On FB I believe he gives more of the history behind the book. The prices direct from author are £15 softcover, £25 hardback, £9 postage for either. The book is based on The Teesdale Angler” by R.Lakeland. That book can downloaded for free.

I just liked his photos. That's what got me to order one.

I concidered buying the book but only at 7x7 that's a fairly small book for big price. IMO

Yeh likewise..
At about NZ $100 inc postage I don’t think so.... and that’s if it actually got here (which is a big lottery these days...... )
