Thank you for sharing the link. I tried to download the Kindle version, but was unable to get it to work. So I pulled the text into a Google document and then converted it to a PDF file (see attachment below). The file can now be downloaded to my iPad for future reference.

One of the download options is pdf. I download all such books that way because the Kindle option often doesn’t work. On my iPad the download will automatically go to the iCloud. I can also use a Kindle tablet but it fills up space unless I use the SD card. I’m not all that computer savvy so this is the best I know how.
