Ray,. That's awesome. I love the effect of the open turns off the un stripped peacock quill herl. Just a beautiful tie.

that fly worked again today... tied it with pale yellow silk thread... the little sulfur mayflies were hatching.

Agreed Ron, that's an awful nice pattern. Hat's off to you Mr Letumgo !! That was one of patterns and SBS i found early after I joined.

Ray, I tied one of these this morning and took it to a small brook that is loaded with wild brookies ! I would post a pic but a dozen Brookies reduced it to a bare hook ! Thanks so much for this pattern , back to the tying room tonight.
