Just a beautiful fly..
Re: Leisenring Hares ear and Woodcock.
Wow! That fly is gorgeous.
I just finished read James Hurley's "The Contest"; a book about a group of friends each fishing a single different pattern over the course of a weekend to determine 'the perfect fly', be it wet or dry. Looking at your fly I can't think of a better fly to represent the 'wet folk'. Beautiful work.

Really nice tying Tom. A beautiful Leisenring pattern.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
