I have two of Bill's copies of this pattern sitting above my tying table. They have a place of honor, right next to one of Mary Dette's Catskill March Brown dry fly, and a full set of Bill's wingless wet flies. Our friend Doug (DOUGSDEN), is also a big fan of the Salars Nemesis (originated by Sly Nemes).

Great photo. Thanks for sharing Alan. ;)

Very nice photo, Alan. I like your version of this fly as well.

Guys,
Sorry so late in responding to this thread! I do have two samples of Bill's Salars Nemesis' hanging on my wall of fame here in the den! I also have a really cool display of Syl's soft-hackles compliments of Ray (Letumgo) Tucker. I will try and photograph these items soon and get them posted here on the forum! Bills work is exceptional and I think you will find it pleasing!

Does anyone have Syl's book "Six Months in Scotland"? It is fascinating!

I have a signed copy with a fly tipped in by Nemes. The history and regulation on salmon angling is very interesting.
As a side note Nemes also fished for Steelhead on the Clearwater River in Idaho.

Help!
I have a duplication and I don't know how to turn the pics 90 degrees! Can somebody clean this up for me?
