This is my variation of another great soft hackle from Blue Ribbon Flies. The original fly can be seen on a video on their home page.

Rib- UTC Small Gold WIre
Dubbing- My blend of: Brown Aunt Lydia's Rug Yarn, Wheat Acrylic Yarn, Cream Orvis Sparkle Yarn and Rabbit dubbing to try and match BRF'S Hydropsyche Tan Zelon Dubbing

Do you know the proportions you used in the dubbing blend? Are they all equal parts for each color?

Ray,
I first blended 1 part Brown, 2 parts each of the Wheat and Cream to see how the yarn colors looked.
Then added about 50% of that mixture volume of a tan rabbit dubbing and reblended it all.
