There is a difference between liver mush, a southern thing. I helped a neighbor make it several times after they killed a hog. The difference between the two, I think is LM has corn meal and Scrapple does not. I do prefer scrapple.

Cool discussion, I can see the plate too. I like that Severn Ke pattern.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
