Experimented with some natural yak hair as a body wrap. I like it. This is natural yak over primrose. On a #16.

I thin k you can get yak hair as fine and course. I think it is either fine from the body or course from the tail, but I may be wrong on that. The stuff sold for saltwater streamers is course and about 10-12 inches long. That is what I was using here. I believe there are some older patterns that use horse hair from the tail for this purpose with a similar effect.
