GR Hare and Plover Flymph
With all the hare's Lug and Plover talk I thought I'd give it a try.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Great looking fly and beautifully tied! My search for golden plover continues.

Oh yeah! That's a real beauty Carl.

Thanks gentlemen. Don’t know why I never tried a Flymph version before.

Great looking fly as usual Carl! But have you tied it on a saltwater iron? I bet you can bonefish with it, might be the first one ever caught on a Hare and Plover.

Just have to tie it on a salt hook with barbell eyes so it rides hook up.Roadkill wrote:Great looking fly as usual Carl! But have you tied it on a saltwater iron? I bet you can bonefish with it, might be the first one ever caught on a Hare and Plover.
Honestly though I have found that patterns really are that big of deal down here. Salt water fish eat anything as long as it is put int he right place or moves the right way.
