Help! Does anyone know where one can purchase emu feathers to be used for fly tying. Best of luck, Russ Bouck

I have seen them on Ebay listed every week. I also bought some from Davidson River Outfitters in Brevard, NC

I get the ones I use for spey hackle from Poppy at http://www.redshedflyshop.com . He usually has several colors in the shop, great service and good prices too. If nothing else watch the Red Shed Promo video. Poppy is quite a character.

Russ,

mind if I ask what particular patterns that you tie where Emu comes into play. I have 1/2 a feather stashed away somewhere and never got around to using it much before tying wets

thanks

ps get out opening day?
