Holy Grail seems very fitting. I'm sure this would produce on caddis and mayfly emergences. Nice fly.

Question please, Scott. How do you locate the bead on the shank? Do you just leave it loose?

When I dubbed the thorax, I left some room up front; tied off the thread, pushed the bead back and re-started the thread (about 1 eye width works).
then I tied in the hackle, wrapped it, pulled the wingcase forward over the top.
