Williams Favorite - The Ensamble
I was having a terrible time getting my mind straight yesterday so I sat down to tie and get it sorted. A dozen of these is like a meditation.

Your timing is perfect. I just recommended the William's Favorite to Tim, for his tying class. This is such a beautiful fly.
What a lovely photograph. Like elegant ballet dancers.

I hope your brain is in order as well as your patterns. Very well done.

Gives a new perspective to synchronized swimming.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Mine never look that good, maybe I need to start with a fuddled mind?
Elegant, slim and both beautifully tied and presented.

Beautiful ties and photography William.
I tried clapping my hands twice, looking at a bunch of wet flies sticking together.
Unfortunately they didn't turn over in unison and look well ordered like yours.
The pattern looks a top candidate for our class.

How hard can it be?

Precision personified. Order out of chaos speaks well for tying. A new therapy tool for Gab?

Re: Williams Favorite - The Ensamble
Yeah, order from chaos is about right. This does have a precise ballet/synchronized swimming look about it, very delicate little flies. But I tied a dozen and the other six didn't even make the first rehearsal. Unruly little beasties.
