Yes, Lance is a member of this forum. He goes by the screen name "gingerdun". We are also very interested in Gunnar Johnson. You're going to like it here.

Hans, a warm welcome. Thanks for jumping in and making the introduction. Fantastic when a like minded oddball finds their way to the gang. Please jump in with your experiences and questions. This is a generous group with some of the most knowledgeable anglers in the subject and a number like myself just ernest enthusiast.
Lance is around. I'm sure he'll come in before long.
What area of Tennessee? I've spent a handful of trips in the smokies where Tenn meets Georgia.

Welcome to a fine group of fellow tiers/fisherfolks, Hans. Please contribute as you see fit and do not hesitate to ask questions.

Hello Hans,
I remember you! So good to see you here.
As is obvious by now, you are among kindred spirits, including DD who speaks your mother tongue.
Your presence here reminds me of Gunnar Johnson, and his book FLYMFER. Now I remember, that is how I first found out about you. While searching Google, I discovered this review of FLYMFER that you had written on your fishing blog:
http://tennswede.blogspot.com/2010/02/f ... lugor.html
You and DD are probably the only people on the forum who have read it, since no English version exists. Maybe someday.
So, add my hearty welcome to all the voices here.
Lance
