Carl is such a sweetheart.

In all seriousness, that's really cool. Good to see stuff like this still takes place.

Nice fly too, Scott! :)

Plover has got to be the prettiest/most impressionistic and imitative hackle around. Nice pattern.

Scott - Gorgeous pattern. I love the combination of materials. The plover hackle compliments the body nicely. I love the tinsel rib. Nice touch.

Carl - Well done. ;)

Very nice tie there Scott. Your right William that plover makes for one pretty hackle.

That turned out really nice Scott. Nice use of the materials. I am just as partial to the contrasting colors of the guinea and the iridescence of the tinsel as I am to the plover.

There are a lot of really nice guys on this site. I have been the recipient of their kindness as well, I won't mention names for fear of forgetting to mention some one. However, thank you to each and everyone who has helped in many different ways.
All the best,

That's a beauty for sure, Scott. Plover really dresses up a spider, and none of us are surprised in the least to hear about Carl's generosity.
