I've purchased previously them from Hareline. They've worked well for me when using Pearsall's silks.

Badger Creek and Great Feathers also carry them along with lots of other Spider materials.

Novabass, The mini ( http://flytyingtools.com/tools/bobbins/mini-bobbin.html ) seems to work best with the small Pearsall's spools. I get mine from my wife. She's a Wasatch Pro Staffer.
