Rib: Narrow blue plastic ribbon from a red grapefruit bag, twisted into cord
Abdomen: Narrow white plastic ribbon from a bell pepper bag, wrapped flat
Thorax: Seal's fur, dyed medium blue (or substitute)

Looks great! I have seen fish take odd things. Blue can be a very good color sometimes. I used to fish a size 12 blue colored dry fly that did pretty good. So, yeah this could catch some fish.
