That's a nice blend Tom and a clever tie.
Will give it a whirl myself when no one is watching the food processor

How hard can it be?

Up to your usual high standards, Tom. That dubbing blend could be especially effective in turbid water conditions.

Nice blend. Those seem very well constructed and proportioned. Should be a great general practitioner.

This would be a near perfect fly for slightly off colour water here. The flash in that dubbing blend really "pops" and it could be just the right combination to catch a trouts eye on those times a more subtle variation may swing by close, but not close enough to be noticed.

Tom,
You started a lively exchange with this.
That Ice Dub is like little laser beams that go straight into the trout's eyes.

Izaak, I am really enjoying this pattern. I love the addition of the ice dub into the mix. This fly pops. I bet it would be a killer patten here, especially right now. (if it weren't so COLD)

Enhanced is a great description. A classic with a lot of attraction. Beautiful set. Thanks for sharing these.
