I have sent a flash-stik to Ray containing some files in a .pdf form. If II have not replied to a request for
an attachment, this is the reason for the lack of replies.
I sent it a week or two ago and Xmas may be delaying it.
If the copy is successful, hopefully they will be posted on the Fishing Cabin for everyone.

Donald - I received the thumb drive in today's mail. I have combined all of the files into a single PDF compendium, and added hyperlinks to make it easy to navigate to specific sections of the book (333 pages long). What an amazing reference. Once I get the files uploaded to Google+, I will share a link in the reference section, so people can download the reference to their computers, Kindles, tablets, e-readers, etc. Thank you for sharing this with us.
