Thanks Ron!! I dont live too far (in relative terms) I'm located in Utah and that was about the time if not an hour
earlier than you have in Washington. I'm actually in the works of revamping that pattern so stay tuned for it to show
up soon. If you ever make your way down this way let me know. I've fished with Mike Doughty and MacRowdy in the
past. ;)

Nice tie Pat! You should try making the head of the fly with orange thread. I always forget about those orange eyes on the males.

Good call Scott that's the improvement I was planning on doing. Along those lines I was going to move the hackle back just a bit and add some peacock in front of the hackle, than whip finish it with some orange thread.

Thanks for the kind words Wizard! I'm not out playing today, I have a couple swaps I need to finish up on so maybe
next weekend I can get a second picture of him again! :D
