Kelly, are those the two I posted you were refering to?
Darlin...... the only reason the second flies look better is because I didn't tie them!!
They were tied by a guy that holds more knowledge an talent in tying in his left little finger that I can hope to develop in my time left...... he is one heck of a fisher as well.

Oh my. I looked at the photos, and thought you tied them both. I was trying to catch up on the forums, as I was getting behind. I meant the one with paradise duck feather...lavender feathers with it...or close to that color.

Ruard, you just made my day...........and today sucked, as it was another day at the hospital. Sorry i didn't get to this thread lately. i brought the computer upstairs on Sun. hopeing to be able to see the super bowl by way of streaming.............that was a damn joke. DSL doesn't stream worth a crap, and my wife is to cheap to go with high speed. Anyway, i'm so week i just haven't had the energy to take the puter back downstaris yet...........so i'm using it in the family room and haven't even been in the tyin' room except to put videos back and get new ones in days. Friends are dropin' by to see the skin and bones (if i was goin' to school, and they called the roll, and turned me sideways, i'd get marked absent  ), old fart fly tyer now and again.....more commin' on Thurs. Tomorrow is back to see the radiation doc bout treaments...........
Your flies are fabulous.........REALLY does make my day..............thank you so much for sharing............beautiful tyes. A serious dose of double duty beauty. Both fish and fisherman GOTTA love 'em. And they're PERFECT for this thread. :D ;) You sure know how to cheer me up. 8-)
