Hooky

Post by DUBBN » Fri Jan 06, 2012 5:48 pm

I knew todat was going to be a short day at work. Before I headed off to work I threw my gear in my work truck..Waders, rod, etc.... The weather is warm here. Warm enough it is getting a little unnerving. That being said I skipped out of work at lunch, drove thirty minutes and was into fish in 45 minutes. Nothing big. Just a few dinky Browns..First fish of 2012.. I had a blast for an hour! Yes, I was late back to work!

I was hurting for time so I tyed on Two Muskrat Soft Hackles in size 16, and a size 22 Thread Midge Emerger in Black

I was going to float tomorrow with the nice temps, but as luck would have it a storm is moving in, and the roads are suppose to get kinda bad.

Guess I am at a loss of how to reply? Joke? Sarcasm? Yeah, I'm lost on that one.

You are one lucky man. Well actually there was a little luck and the success of the flies! Beautiful fish. Yeah... lucky guy.

Take advantage of the weather while you can. Sooner or later you may have no choice but to stay at work. :D
