Abdomen: Holographic tinsel, gold, wrapped flat
Rib: Holographic tinsel, gold, corded
Thorax: Aftershaft from the base of the hackle feather

Fantastic fly Hans! Love the contrasts of the Philoplume and that brown partridge. That thing is going to have some good movement too. Should be a killer.

THESE ARE THE COMBINATIONS THAT MAKE FOR A KILLING FLY IN MY AREA. THE OTHER FELLOWS ARE RIGHT! IT'S THE MOVEMENT OF THE MATERIALS, THE PHILOPLUME AND OF COURSE THE PARTRIDGE, THAT SUGGEST LIFE. THANKS HANS! A GREAT PATTERN FROM THE HANDS OF A TRUE MASTER. KEEP THEM COMING.
