Apropos of nothing, obviously some weird association vibe; I opened this post, saw the fly and immediately thought of mai tai's at my local Chinese restaurant (and when I say 'local', I mean 3 hours south in Orono). Great tie, Norm, but your tying make me hungry ...apparently.
...yeah, yeah; Caribou has a Chinese restaurant, but it isn't fit for man nor beast. Hey, Ron! Have you tried the China Garden in Orono? Great food...

Not yet, Mike, but I will, very soon. Thanks for the hot tip. Gonna try to get up to the West Branch this week if the river levels drop so I can wade. My Maine Guide friend tipped me off to a spot holding some bigger size land locks. Maybe supper on the way back.Mike62 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 24, 2023 5:48 pmApropos of nothing, obviously some weird association vibe; I opened this post, saw the fly and immediately thought of mai tai's at my local Chinese restaurant (and when I say 'local', I mean 3 hours south in Orono).
