Really nice one, Norm. For the throat, are you wrapping the feather as a hackle then bringing the fibers down and tying them in place or are you tying in a bunch of hackle fibers under the hook?

I don’t do well with wrapping the hackle and bringing it down as a throat .

I tie a bunch of hackle fibers under the hook shank
