The silk and dubbing should look great when it's wet with the yellow rib and hook finish.

I totally agree with Rick, that body when wet will look very translucent.

I didn't tie it as a PMD but figured I would test it out with my PMD variants. I suspect it may work as one.
My thought was it is buggy and might work well on heavily fished water as something different.
