First crack at a soft hackle and introduction
Hello, my name is Mark and I'm new here.
I've been swinging flies for steelhead and salmon for a few years now and just recently started trying to apply what I know to trout. I got an invite to go grouse hunting and trout fishing with a friend and fellow member here (senecalaker) last month and I managed to catch a few browns. Now, like any other fly tyer, I've started tying more flies than I will ever need.
Still getting used to tying flies this small. I'm used to tying Game Changers, Circus Peanuts and Senyo A.I.'s on articulated shanks.

Mfs686, Howdy;
Late to the party again. Dang it. What I get for only checkin' in in the am.
Mark, WELCOME aboard! Lots of knowledge and not much of the club chair tut-tutting
goes on here. Well, one or two but that just makes it an authentic fly tying forum. chucklin'
Tons of information down at the bottom of the main List of places to peruse.
