I have been trying to get a copy of this book for a long time now. Ken Callahan found a very good copy for me in England last month, and it finally arrived yesterday. Looking forward to it.

Never heard of it before now. Let me know how it is. Some of the books I've ordered from England arrive faster than those ordered in the US, but with a heavy postage tab.
