Hook - Mustad 3399, 3906 or equivalent

Thread - Black

Body - Chartreuse and black wire

Thorax - Peacock herl

Hackle - Hungarian Partridge

Try different color combinations of wire for the body

A great pattern to use when Caddis are hatching.

The slender profile and added weight of the wire will help this pattern sink quickly and fish deeper. Lovely segmentation to.

I think I saw that in Mike Vallahs book 50 flies for the Catskills.
