Weight-3/16' Slotted Black Tungsten Bead followed by 16 wraps of Lead Free Wire
Body-Sugar Bush Bliss Midnight Yarn dubbing (70% Merino Wool, 20% Mulberry Silk & 10% Cashmere) + Rubber legs
Rib- BR UTC Red Ultra Wire

That is a perfect Spring and early Summer pattern for the rivers I fish.

I do not catch alot of fish on that type, but usually the two biggest fish of the day take it.

DUBBN,

When I go with this type of heavy fly, it may be trailing a small soft hackle or be on point with 2 flies above it. The simple fly I normally use is a BH Black Woolly Bugger with some Krystal flash in the tail. You are right about big fish of the day! ;)
