My waters are high and a cool 34.
The boat is stored for the winter and
I'm not stepping off the bank until the flows drop.

I am wade fishing. As cold as it has been getting, the flow ice only burns off the rivers for about 2 to3 hours on the warmest days. Not enough time to float.FlyFisherMann1955 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 05, 2021 5:36 pm Wayne,

I do not carry a thermometer, but I was told the water temps are 37 F.

I fish wet flies with faith and hope, faith that trout don't require exactitude and hope that when my time comes, God will explain why wet flies work...
