Hi Ray, well.....there's three on that page on Jens' hooks, but i think i know which you mean. Thankx. i just try to have fun. Bout all you can do actually. Fly tying is not that serious a subject. We take it serioulsy.....but you gotta have fun. As you know, most of my inspiration comes from the music.....(which is to say, the creator).....the rest, comes from guys like you, and all the unreal tyers out here. They so real, keepin' it real, they UNREAL..... .....can you dig it? :D ..... 8-)

Also on an Alex Hayes hook.....tail is that same Banksian sub from Jens. Jens btw, is the single BEST (and most prolific [HUGEST] stash), source of Salmon fly materials on this or any other planet, case closed. So if you order, (he's in Denmark), make sure to spend at least $200 or the shipping might eat you alive. ;)

This pic suckx, but this is on a Lucas hook (a green Noble D XL 5/0), and the bead came from Ronn as well. ;)
Very hard to see, but there's a green (dyed) CDC feather cheek on the sides there. i get the most beautiful and big CDC feathers you'll EVER find from Marc Petijean. His dye jobs are incredable.

This is on a white Lucas hook.....Noble D 9/0 XXL and it has a white trailer hook, an Octapus by Gamakatsu. The bead came from Ronn as well. i do lots of flies with trailer (tandum) hooks. Have finished dozens and dozens and dozens of flies, hundreds actually, that have never had pics taken.....just no time.
