Tail - Black hackle fibers long, with a shorter bunch on top
Body - Peacock herl*
Hackle - Black, short, soft collar
*Reinforce peacock herl around the tying thread and wrap over a bed of crazy glue

Dang, Mike, I wish I had a like button to push. I'm still laughing. I've tried doing it the same way Norm does, wrapping the herl around the tying thread, I've tried it in a dubbing loop even.
