Gracefully executed, Carl. The have the delicate slender profile of a natural mayfly. Beautifully photographed too.

Thanks guys. This is one I've used for quite a few years. I came up with it just trying to tie a light, medium and dark hare's ear flymph. Nothing special really just keeping things light and using the dun thread.
I put tails on almost all of my soft hackles that are mayfly imitations except for the spider patterns.

Very nice Carl. They are tied to your usual standard of excellence. In particular, I like the shade of honey dun that you’re using .........A true light honey dun is not the easiest to find!
