Here is a fly style I posted back in 2010 with most of those old photos gone due to a change in the server.
This is the original tie I created the night before the FFF 2010 NW Fly Tyers Expo.

Hook-Dai Riki 899 #2
Thread-UTC 140 Black
Tail and under Hackle-Krystal Flash
Body-Angelina Fibers (Ice Dub)

The usual fishing flies I tie omit the peacock head.

Use any color combinations that you would like to tie...

Definitely my kind of fly. These look like a lot of fun to tie (the eye-catching colors are ideal for demonstrations) and excellent for steelhead fishing. What a great series of flies, with endless color combinations.

Very cool!

 Steelhead may chase these lovely creations, and perhaps char would too. But I've a hunch the wild browns in my home water would head for their bolt holes if they saw one. ;)

Seriously, Bill -- those have enticing colors, eye catching flash and a sexy spey-like profile. Ought to be just the ticket for Pacific NW fishing.

I grant you those stay on the right coast Browns may shrink at the sight of one of these, but those tough pioneering Browns in Montana waters promptly attacked the October Caddis version that I was tying at the FFF International Fly Fishing Fair in West Yellowstone in September 2013. ;)
