Now I like that one a lot!

Caught a nice fish on an aftershaft fly this year. Quite a while ago I'd read of Gartside's Wet Mouse and tied a couple with partridge aftershafts (didn't have pheasant). I didn't think it looked at all like a mouse, either wet or dry, and I probably carried the flies for months before actually using one, but I picked up a fish on the second or third cast.

Yours is a lot more elegant. Very nice. I think I'll tie a few more (using your proportions this time).
