Thread: pale yellow 8/0
Tail: Brown hen
Body: chartreuse rabbit strip put into a dubbing loop and then trimmed
Hackle: white hen

Very interesting body construction technique. What size hook is tied this on?

I really like this pattern! I know some hogs in the ponds below my house that would eat this pattern up! Very well tied and overall, very well done!

Fishhead ~ I expect that the strip of rabbit hide adds something to the body that one couldn't achieve with dubbing alone, but can't quite visualize what it might look like submerged. Is it possible for you to post a photo of this pattern under water?
