Meivlieg Ierland 2016
Hook: Hayabuscha 390 #12
Thread: Claret Danville 6/0
Tail: Pheasant tail
Rib: silvertinsel thin
Body: dubbing yellow/green seal
Bodyhackle: olive grizzle saddle cock
Headhackle: French Partridge

That is a great Irish May, Ruard. Should do well if you hit the hatch. By the way, is that the Creekside Cabin pool I see in the background?

What a beautiful pattern you have created, the May fly! And, how excited we are to know that you will soon be in Ireland! How exciting this must be! Just preparing for a trip like this would be awesome enough for me! Are you tying other patterns too for this trip? We cannot wait to see your wonderful photos of beautiful Ireland and the incredible waters!
