Twisted floss to achive a segmented looking body. Squirrel underfur dubbed for the thorax.
Picture isn't as clear as I hoped but, I'm no photographer
Hoping to swing some of these in NY this October!

That twisted floss does provide a nice segmentation, Eric. What kind of floss is it? Silk/rayon/embroidery/etc.?

Warning - Do not bring that partridge skin to Roscoe. I would steal it.
Sweet fly Eric!

Eric,
Wow! You have a very distinctive style that I (and a bunch of others too!) find appealing and pleasing! I am sure your local troutlings think so too! Knock'em stiff in Roscoe friend!

It's a Daiichi 1550 #14 Bob.
Thanks for the comments guys
...and Ray, stay away from my Patridge! Sadly this bird is almost picked through. I still have my one from Blue Ribbon but, it's so darn nice. Oh well, it's not doing any good just sitting in my desk

Eric, I was going to comment on how cool this looks with the long hackle, and happened to notice Bob Deitz's avatar a couple of posts up. Remarkable.
