Thank you for sharing with us, Ruard. Both the flies and the photos are top notch, which is what we have come to expect from you and Doug.

Ruard - Thank you for photographing these flies and sharing them with all of us. They are all excellent, as I've grown to expect from Doug. I especially love the first fly in the batch. What a lovely profile. I love the taper of the body. Very seductive, in a "trouty" kinda way. (sincere compliment)

Great looking set of flies!! Many similar ties have graced my float tube drying patch. 8-) I have been a fuzzy nymph fan for over half a century. ;)

Doug & Ruard, Howdy;

Beautifully executed and tyed flies Doug, I see you did the hand-off to Ruard
for the photography who in turn produced some excellent photos for the rest
of us to drool over.
Thank you both.

To Ruard and all who posted!
Thank you so very much for posting these patterns Ruard! You have that knack for taking wonderful photo's of my common looking patterns! This summer has been very busy for me just as it has, I am sure, for everyone! But, I try and tye at least a couple of patterns of an evening. It is very therapeutic and it calms the nerves at the time it is needed most! I forget my troubles (there are not many really) when the thread and the fur start flying and I find myself looking forward to the next go around....when ever that can happen!
All of you are most kind with your comments and I really appreciate that! Ruard, many thanks again for top notch work on my behalf!
Overwhelmed with appreciation,
Doug

Ruard, many thanks for you sharing these wee treasures. I hope you have more than one of each so you can take some fishing. Flies tied by Doug have proven to be trout taking flies in foreign waters. ;)
