For a fleeting moment I thought about the threads going on with Muskrat. I caught a few fish this morning on a Muskrat pattern. Nothing as jaw dropping as what you and Doug have been posting. Great looking pattern Bill!

Nicely done, fellas.
Bill S, the proportions of that hackle and tail make this thing very elegant. I haven't tied with jackdaw in some time but it looks awesome here. I always like the way an orange underbody shines on the flymph patterns. This is a nice combination. I believe I have some very similar in my box, I just wish I had more time to drown them. Soon I hope.
Bill L, that's a sweet assortment. Like the jackdaw hackle, that moorhen hackle makes me want to get downstairs to the vise and sort through my favorite skins. Beautiful.

Fellows,
Yum! They all look great! Holy cow....have I started a Moorhen revolution?
As we used to yell to my mom from the dining room table, "More Muskrat!"
Sorry Bill, I couldn't pass this one up!

Good looking flies gents, I'll have to sit down at the desk after work tonight. I know some brookies that need caught.
