pink spider
In the first week of Juin we go to Wales. Planned to fish in the river Dee. According several websites there is a lot of Grayling in that river. I will try this fly:
Hook: hayabusha f314 no 14
Thread: sheer 14/0 claret
Body: pink antron
Thorax: peacock
Hackle: of the back of a Jay.
Greeting
Ruard

That is beautiful, Ruard. We will be most interested to see your report on the grayling trip.

Fish when you can, not when you should! Anything short of this is just a disaster.
Re: pink spider
That will sure get their attention Ruard. Love it. Pink can be an excellent color to use. You wound antron for the body? COOL.
Re: pink spider
That should serve you very well Ruard. Wish I had grayling to go after so I could have more reason to tie these hot colored little flies.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
