Donald - if you send them all to me, I might be able to find a way to host them and add links here. It would that some effort, but we'll worth it in my view.

Donald has my email and mailing address. Hopefully I can set up a way to host/share these pdf files. I'll be back...

I'm probably missing the obvious here, but how does one access the articles? I've clicked on the website link, which doesn't seem to work.

Donald's website has been down for a long time now.... he IS attempting
to get it back up and running... Ray is checking with Donald to see if
he (Donald), will send the listed articles for inclusion into the Forum.
