Risqué and out of left field......... I like it!

So is the fly trying to pass a bloodworm after an ambitious meal? Or is the bloodworm feasting on the fly?

All joking aside, I like the idea and method behind it. The beads certainly make a statement, not subtle, but not overpowering either.
My only concern would be bead collision leading to subsequent destruction whilst casting?

Hate to be crude, but can't let it go either. This makes Ray's hemorrhoidal hot spot fly look like a good day. I suspect it will get plenty of attention. Is this a mono loop around the last bead?

Nifty lookin' beast. How'd you attach the beads ??? Some of that red Mono you use to attach tags
to swap flies and melt the end?????

DUBBN,

I used to tie a steelhead fly I called the "Hemorrhoid Smurf"...a little blue pattern tied with a lacquered butt of flourescent fire orange Danville's Flymaster. Not even in the same league as yours!

Yes, it is a 12 lb. test, mono loop. I think it will look a tad neater if I use 6x or 7x tippet for the loop. I plan on tieing some baetis nymph/emergers with the technique, so I will have to drop down in mono size. Bead size as well.

By the way, your muskrat pattern was a hit with Yellowstone cutthroats in a certain beaver pond.

Wayne, your attachment technique is great of course, but you could also stay with the larger mono, using a single length and flaring the end with a lighter, slip on the beads to the mono andthen tie in to the hook shank. That would allow all beads to line up, not that it matters, just a thought. I'm looking forward to seeing the variations. Very forward to the stream pics.
