Pekka ties a mean fly, but I just don't like the BMN hooks. A bit too, for want of a better word, radical, for me!

Those are sweet flies, dd. I'll risk being a radical by admitting I like the hook they are tyed on. :lol:

EDIT - The more I studied the photos, the more I liked that hook. I think you could wrap the body of the fly way into the bend (maybe even half way) to give the abdomen a nice curve. Hmmm. I may "need" some of these hooks for experimentation...

This gentleman seems to be a flydresser highly above average. When my eye adjusts to his hook of choice, his skill is all I see. I recommend you to look at his other flies too....there are plenty.
