Hook: Tiemco 102Y #15
Thread: Benecchi 12/0, grey
Hackle: Whiting Brahma saddle, mottled
Abdomen: Barbs from lower section of a saddle hackle, dyed purple, and two strands of krystal flash, twisted
Thorax: Argentinean hare, dark grey

It will be most interesting to try its killing potential on grayling. I'm a believer.
What dye is used, if I may ask?

Stunning! Definitely gets the wheels in my brain turning! I like this technique a lot. I could see this putting a nice twist into some old favorites as well.

Hans, that's a great looking hackle. I like that umbrella effect and the mottling is very nice. Nice thorax too, and a fine looking hook.

Great looking fly, Hans. The tinsel gives it a great spark to help catch the eye, and the color of the body is wonderful. Altogether, a winner.
