Wayne I picked up a pheasant tail dyed dark red many years ago and felt obliged to tie a number of pheasant tail nymphs. Never fished them though even though I'm sure they would trigger some reaction. This is a stellar pattern especially with the partridge. Nice combo. Looking forward to your report when you're back in action.
