Excellent rendition, Scott. Make the rib/abdomen gold and you've got a killer March Brown soft hackle.

"Kill Devil" is a great name, and no doubt an accurate description of a lethal pattern. I will be adding some of these to my spring pattern box. Thanks for the inspiration. ;)

I agree with the two monkeys above (Bill and Ray). The sharp tail collar is great! I think I could fool some local bluegills just after ice out and there after....when ever that will happen! Wow! It's cold outside today! A great day to tie!
