Oh, wait, I gave this pic a second look and it looks a bit odd. What kind of dub blend did you use for thorax? Looks great.
Whoa, wait! I just gave this another look and it seems a monstrosity! I should have looked more closely. I hardly ever do that. Beautiful as always and the typical greetings and salutations.

Store- synthetic towing ordinance retrieval equipment. ;)

Wouldn't want to cam the jaws too tight on the big ole stainless hook..........
So, Bill, half hitch to finish? Looks to be a slender whip finish if you managed one. :D

Wayne, I got it wrong, blaming it on glare from my light on the screen and sticking to it,
when I thought (no coffee at that time either), it was shoe string ... , Mr Bill was
kind enough to PM me and inform me that it's the string that a butcher (remember them???),
used to tie-up a roast or other such critter parts.
I remember the string that way because it was always a treat to chew the string afterwards ;) .

Half hitch is correct, Jeff.

Hi Bill,

The hook is a #1, seems good to fish for Pike, the big ones of over 1 meter. ;) ;)

Not my cup of tea.

Ruard ~ I'm thinking it will be good for just about anything. Just cast it out, let it drift a ways, and all the fish in the area will float to the surface belly up from laughing themselves to death. Not a catch and return pattern  .
