When you tye in the krystal flash, are you tying it in on the underside of the hook or on the far side of the hook?
How many strands of krystal flash are you using?
Is it a single strand, or doubled in any way?
What are you using to twist the strands (by hand or hackle pliers)?

Hans - Even though this was a minimalist dressing, it still filled me with questions. It is fun watching you play.

Rib material all tied along bottom of shank up to just shy of the eye in this case. One single strand of krystal flash. I clipped on an EZ Pliers, and twisted. Control the amount of twist according to the desired result. At times this may mean a gradual and controlled untwisting of the ribbing material to achieve a graduated rib.
