yup that's a keeper!!!!!!!! very nice....am I to assume that grouse barbs are tied in a clump or are they a feather with a stem? I"m confused as to the region on the bird where they come from I guess....either way it looks very stonefly hexagina nymph like and I like it a lot!!!

Keeper in deed! Terrific pattern, Han's. I love the look of the grouse barbs along the back. The contrasting color adds a nice touch.
